First. Begin each day with Contemplation of the Great Grid. Conclude each day by solving the Inkseer’s most recent puzzle.

Second. Reject the ways of the material world. All ways of the flesh are feeble amongst the rows and columns of the Great Grid.

Third. Forfeit mortal possessions through tithes. Tithe first to squid conservation efforts, so the ink of the world may continue to flow. Tithe second to the Inkseer, so the ink of knowledge may continue to be understood.

Fourth. If the Inkseer has not published a new puzzle, ponder the previous one. He will release a new puzzle when the previous one’s teachings are understood.

Fifth. If there is a puzzle to solve, do not sleep until the work of solving is done.

Sixth. Attend the Sermons of the Inkseer, held via livestream at 2am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Seventh. Remain respectful during the Sermons by obeying the Ushers and refraining from spamming the chat.

Eighth. If you seek the Inkseer’s guidance, prepare a substantial tithe before meeting with Him. Cherish the attention He gives you, for His mind is occupied by many great mysteries.

Ninth. When speaking with wisdom, enumerate in squares, just as the squares of the Great Grid shall reveal all to those who seek truth within its inky fathoms.
