Accessibility Policy

As a GM team, we want to make Scoop! as accessible as possible, and have considered accessibility while organising the game and writing the wiki. We understand that everyone’s accessibility needs are unique, however, so we encourage you to reach out to us:

at gm@scoop.oxfordrpg.com,
by mentioning any accessibility needs at the end of the character creation form,
via your private channel on the Scoop! Discord server,
or by informing, or asking us to inform, your assigned GM of ways in which they can help.

Although it may not be possible for us to accommodate all accessibility needs, we will do our best to support you.

When emailing the GM email address, please be aware that messages are visible to the entire GM team and initially appear anonymous. If you would like to make sure we can reply to you via email, please include your name and the best way to reach you.

Wiki Accessibility

The theme of the wiki can be changed by clicking the palette icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and accessing a dropdown menu.

To change the wiki to “accessibility mode”, select “Readable” from the menu.
To return to the Scoop! theme, select “Cerulean” from the menu.

Note to Firefox users: To ensure that the new theme applies, hard-refresh your browser by pressing Ctrl+F5 (on PC) or by holding down the refresh button (mobile).
